All Shane wanted was to get away from the wreckage of his career for a while. He picked New York City to provide him with a distraction from his early, unwanted retirement from the police force.
New York City delivered, distracting him with three corpses and a miniature llama with a spitting problem and an attitude. If he wants to return to a normal life, he’ll have to face off against a sex trafficking ring targeting the woman of his dreams, ancient vampires, murderous criminals, his parents, and an FBI agent with a hidden agenda.
Some days, it isn’t easy being an ex-cop.

Please enjoy this somewhat older picture of me ‘helping’ the female write a book.

P.S.: Playing with Fire is also on sale for $0.99, so now is an excellent time to introduce your friends and family to the series.
Hoofin It is an excellent to spend .99! Hope there will be a book two!
Strongly agree. This made such an impression that
I have purchased, and enjoyed, everything else you and your alters have written that
I could find since then. Your worldbuilding is deeply realized and original. Thank you.
I particularly appreciate your chapter titles. The mnemonics are a big help. I enjoy your books a good deal and reread them, which is why the chapter titles matter: they tell me, Skip this one so you can laugh till the tears run in the next one. Hoofin’ It, read 2: snicker, snort, chortle. And thank you very much for writing all of these books.
Post scriptum. Is your calico cat crazy? I find they usually are. I have a spotted cat who is not quite calico, more a Holstein, and she is both dim and irrational. I adore her.
My calico is the sweetest kitty ever. She’s pure love and affection, and very playful. She’s not really crazy. Princess can get quite the tortie tude though!
