Dear humans,
The female is fuming a little. It’s a little silly of her to be so annoyed over this, but… when they renewed, they did their apartment documentation, including a statement showing the insurance policy was on auto-renewal and all supporting documents. This was fine when we renewed, and they had physical copies of the documents to support this. It showed the date the policy (with the same number) would renew along with the terms of renewal.
This was fine.
Sigh.
So, today, the female gets a “we need your insurance documentation, you have twenty-four hours to comply” email.
The female replied, with the documentation, within three minutes, because she is the queen of anxiety and keeps her documents in easy-to-find locations. While annoyed. Her “Here you go!” reply was not very annoyed. It was much chirpier than she was.
Poor female. You just can’t catch a break.
They did confirm receipt, but it took them longer than her three minutes to do so. But at least they confirmed. If they ask again this year, she is going to forward the old email and go ‘per this email!’ because she can.
The female really wants to move.

Doggone Mess is so much fun, humans! The female can’t wait to share it with you. Now, onto the book faire, which has one title (which is a collection, so it’s basically three books) because the female is super tired. She worked hard today, and she needs time away from the work.
The Everly Davis Chronicles (1-3) by Amelia K. Oliver (Paranormal Reverse Harem)
Purchase Link: Amazon (Kindle Unlimited)
Price: $4.99
Age Rating: 18+
Note(s) from the Publisher: contains a lot of trigger material, including themes involving abuse, sexual material, and violence.
When my adoptive mum passes away, I move to a house by the sea. I couldn’t breathe in the city, and I soon find out why.
I meet three men, Leyland, Karl and Garrot. They’re different from anyone I’ve ever met, very different. They steal my heart and help me repair the broken pieces of me. Not long after, I discover that there is more to this world than I ever thought possible. And that’s when it starts, the war. Poseidon, the King of the sea, wants to kill me. Not just me, though, but the whole planet.
My world is turned upside down, then spun 360, I hold on by my fingertips as armies of monsters are sent after me. Creatures, who belong in nightmares, hunt us down and try to kill us. But we fight back, and I discover I’m not who, or what, I thought I was. It turns out, I’m not just plain old Ever. No, I’m so much more.
Will my men and I be able to save ourselves and the world?
With insurmountable odds stacked against us, it seems unlikely.
Poseidon uses every available resource at his disposal to thwart our efforts of living a normal, happy life together.
Can we turn the tide, and win this war?
Or will I lose everything I hold dear to me as forces more powerful than me come at us time and time again?
I will reveal all in my tell-all story.
Our Thoughts: We generally like the concept of this cover, although something about the font choice bugs the female. (She is picky, don’t mind her!) As this is a reverse harem, it’s not up the female’s alley, but there are a lot of you hungry, hungry RH readers out there, so this one is for you!
As always, check the sample to make sure this book is up your alley, and a hearty thank you to all the authors who helped share the female’s books!
We’ll be back tomorrow!
