Updated Book Order form – now including Swag Orders!

Hey, folks. So, in an effort to make my life easier, I have revamped the order form for the 20Booksto50k convention. With a twist.

If you have already filled out the old form, you don’t need to do anything. However, if you DO fill out the new form, I will disregard the old form outside of checking the notes field that was present there. So, if you already did it, you’re good. But if you want to know how much the books will cost, PLEASE check out the new form.

1: the form includes the price per book, all inclusive.

2: you are responsible for shipping if you are not attending 20Books.

3: if you live in California, you will be required to pay sales tax on your order.

4: read the form carefully.

5: only paypal is being accepted for payments at this point in time. (Sorry. I am not set up with shopping cart software, and this is more of a one-off than a consistent thing.)

6: those attending 20Books will have top priority.

7: Gift wrapping is $2 extra per book, to cover time, supplies, and so on. No glitter bomb requests will be honored at this time. (Sorry.)

A: Yes, swag is for sale in various price points. Price includes everything, including shipping to you. Use the Choose your own swag adventure box for any questions, requests, etc.

B: Yes, all books acquired on this form will be signed.

C: If you need book plates ($1 each plus shipping/taxes) please use the Choose your own swag adventure box to order them.
