Greetings, folks!
Today, I’m pleased to let you know that my Jack & the Bean Stalk (twisted) retelling is now out in the wilds in the Shattering the Glass Slipper anthology! It’s $6.99, and it’s available at most retailers.
My contribution is a short story versus a novella or short novel or novel, just so you are aware. I won’t have rights to publish or distribute this story for quite a while, so if you want a copy, this is the way to go.
There is also a print edition available. Hooray!
Beyond that, no other fancy or new stuff going on beyond it’s Monday, it’s the first of the month, and I’m not sure I’m going to make it out of this one sane. (But I’m pretty confident in my general chances of making it out alive.)
Okay, I’m lying a little bit. Here’s the list of books I’m actively working on. Even if it’s on this list, if it isn’t up for preorder, I don’t have a date for you. And even if it is up for preorder, just because I’m driving the crazy train doesn’t mean I know what’s going on right now.
- Sekrit Projekt only the newsletter subs/patreon monthly users know about right now.
- Old Secrets (Karma 3)
- Vampire of Montana (Susan Copperfield)
- Moon Tamed (Audrey Greene)
Have a great day!

I believe everyone is just a bit insane right now due to weather conditions. Keep doing you and take care of yourself.

I was going through preorders on B&N and found a secret surprise. Pre-ordered it and am so happy.

So I got “Shattering the Glass Slipper” from Kickstarter. I read your story first and it was a cute variation on Jack and the Beanstalk.
I am about 1/3 the way through the anthology and the stories are fun to read. There are a couple that I didn’t recognize the original fairy tale, but there are so many different origins it is hard to know them all. Very good investment for anyone to read and test your ability to spot the original version. It ain’t Disney that’s for sure.

Read the newsletter, took care of the sekrit project. Now I need to have time to read the Glass Slipper but it may have to wait. Doctor appointment, work, other stuff that needs to be done makes it so reading may not happen today.

I got Shattering the Glass Slipper over the weekend from Kickstarter. I LOVED your Jack retelling. It worked really nicely. In fact, I loved all the stories in it! I’m now reading Brave New Worlds from the same Kickstarter and so far I’m enjoying that one too.
