Greetings, folks.
Today, Apple sent this lovely little message:
Currently, Apple is the only vendor implementing this change, with the general hope that aggregators, like Draft2Digital, will be able to protect author anonymity.
Currently, only one of my titles is directly through Apple with the new directive in implementation, which is Catnapped.
Catnapped is being unpublished from Apple Books and being republished through Draft2Digital, as I currently have zero desire to list my phone number, a legal address, and personal name for this atrocity of a directive.
For now, Catnapped is being republished via an aggregator to Apple Books, so if you have already purchased Catnapped on Apple Books, you should still maintain your copy after it is removed from sale… just don’t buy it twice, please!
I apologize in advance for any difficulties this might cause for anyone.

Pfui! A disgusting intrusion wrapped in images of protection. A plague upon both of their houses.

Wow. Don’t blame you.

Next they’ll be requiring you to donate a pint of blood for each book you publish. A$$holes.
