As far as oopses go, this one is minor… I went to push through a few tiny typo corrections on Amazon for Experimental Voyage, and I may have accidentally included the Patreon notes/author note forward with the book. So, if it’s included, you get to see one of the more unusual Patreon notes. If not, no harm no foul. But if you see an author note starting off with “I’m tired…” well, you got a special peek into the Patreon world.
And yes, even the best proofreaders in the world miss stuff, which is why I have a really badass beta proofing crew that helps me burn some midnight oil.
Any stray typos discovered at this point will be implemented on Christmas morning before I post the official release day announcements.
In the meantime, I hope you have a happy holidays.
P.S.: I have a (Book) Project 2025 and a (Book) Project 2026 in the works. 2025 is “write like a fiend on a sugar high” and 2026 is “see what can be published and go on a publication spree.”
Theme: continuations and shenanigans.
But hey, so far, outside of this super teeny tiny hiccup, things *appear* to be going okay with Experimental Voyage’s release…
For your amusement, I leave you with a picture of my laptop. A friend made me this for Christmas.
Another friend is making me some cindercorn stickers to flank (and stare) at my tight shipwreck. My laptop is going to be a happening place sooooon.
As we delve deeper into the holiday season, I hope you all stay safe and enjoy peace and happiness through to the end of the year.
(Happy Reading!)

Perfection is always around the corner. I am looking so forward to Experimental Voyage. I re-read one of your books when I am feeling bad, down or depressed. They help – A Lot. Usually when down, I stick close to the “happier” books. The Wolf series are too dark when I am in that type of mood, but I really enjoy all of your books. Keep on writing until it is no longer fun. Until then, Happy Writing!

I don’t even have a laptop and I want that sticker. Fantabulous gift! I’m randomly rereading your books (yesterday was Blending In, today is Booked for Murder), so I thought I’d wish you a (belated) salubrious solstice, and happy holidays. May this glitch be the worst you suffer for not just this book, but your entire Projects 2025 & 2026.

Please take time to have a rest and enjoy yourself, your family, and your friends. Happy holidays. Xx

I hope you have a peaceful and fun Christmas! And thank you for Experimental Voyage, I am enjoying it so much. I’ve read it twice now, and may very well fit a third read through before Wednesday. I adore this world and love these characters.
